Welcome to the online home of Blackwater Outdoor Experiences (BOE). BOE programs are designed to make the most of the therapeutic benefits that come from temporarily removing children, teenagers and young adults from modern-day distractions and providing an environment in which nature is dominant and decisions have immediate consequences.

All of BOE's programs are designed to facilitate personal development, further each individual's sense of personal responsibility, and create a healthy balance of self-reliance and teamwork.

BOE also recognizes the important role of family in our participants' therapeutic experiences. Programs are designed to give families and participants the tools to move forward successfully together.
